The Marinha Grande Machining Services Centre (CSMG) allows Ramada Aços to be closer to its customers. With a variety of services ranging from face machining to drilling, the CSMG is a strategic centre that allows the customer community to obtain high-quality parts with shorter lead times. For example:
- Parts up to 200x200x100mm | lead time: 4 days *;
- Parts up to 1100x1100x80mm | Lead time: 5 days*;
- Parts up to 900x900x140mm | Lead time: 6 days*.
CSMG has the installed capacity to meet the main needs of Marinha Grande's mouldmaking industry and operates on a 3-shift basis during the week with additional production at the weekend. At the same time, it guarantees logistical support through the daily distribution of orders.
FACE MACHINING SERVICE
With an average of 6,000 m2 of parts face machined per year, we carry out the face machining service with a tolerance of - 0/+0.30 mm, giving the parts an excellent quality of surface finish, parallelism and perpendicularity between the faces produced. This ensures a comprehensive response to the various requests from our client community.
